1. Ultra d.o.o. from Split commited to organize sailing school according to programme on it's own sailing boats. Instructors are croatian sailors with multiannual sailing experience.

2. School attendant commites to pay charge for sailing training and the price depend on a type of course, and according terms from reservation form or according offer. It is established with this terms that the 50% of value attendant pays as reservation and the 50% of value attendant pays latest 20 days before course start as balance payment. Receipt has to be deliver to Organizer of a sailing school latest 10 days before course start.
Payment has to be done on a company's account 2500009-1101148621 at HYPO ALPE ADRIA BANK.

3. In case that the attendant cancels the course, the amount payed with the reservation will not be refunded. If the attendant cancels after the whole payment is done, than 50% of the amount will be refoundeed to the attendant only if course is canceled 20 days before the particular course start. 

4. Sailing school organizer is not taking any responsibility for possible damages or injuries that attendant could cause to himself or to third persons, but it is taking responsability to take every rational measures to avoid or eliminate this kind of consequence.

5. If organizer, because of adversely weather conditions or any other justified reason, can't preserve classes, is obligated to preserve classes afterwards with minimum 4 persons.
